For 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness with Magnetech Secure Snap, which allows for a simple and secure way to fasten using just one hand.
While the TAVO is a great choice for parents who want to save money, it's not the ideal choice when you're looking to use a bassinet or have a reversible child seat. It only faces one way and isn't able to accommodate a car seat or other accessories like the bassinet stand, cup holder, rain cover or a tray for snacks for children. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more, as it can take these accessories.

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't have an integrated canopy which means your kids will have to wear their own sunshades in case they need extra coverage from the elements.
Through our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble in grassy areas and on gravel. It can also be hard to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment but it's not easy to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, however Joovy does offer a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer an option with more flexibility. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a plus, though it allows parents to mount their children's infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score in both weight and folded size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a stroller for travel that can fit into smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic product with a few features that other strollers we tested include, such as an extended recline or a large storage baskets. It's a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use such as for a trip to the Zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer an easy ride for your children. The multi-position reclining seats and parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
It also has a large European-style canopy which provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags, a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble it was the fastest time in our test group. The manual isn't great, and the assembly doesn't require tools. It is one of the lighter items in our test group and folds flat, making it very easy to lift and carry.
